Das Berlin Getaway war eine tolle Unterkunft! Es war komfortabel, sauber und ein großartiger Ort, um sich nach einem Tag in der Stadt auszuruhen. Es gibt auch ein paar wirklich nette Details, die den Ort besonders schön machen! Die Straßenbahn ist auch vom Haus aus leicht ins Zentrum zu fahren.

Sehr zufrieden mit diesem schönen Haus. Modern, sauber, ruhig. Wir hatten auch die Nutzung des Hofes mit Bäumen und einer privaten Terrasse. Sehr schöne Nachbarschaft. Sicher. Viele Parks. Spaziere etwa einen Block oder weniger zur Straßenbahn, die mit jedem Transitsystem verbunden ist, das du in den Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt und zum Flughafen benötigst. Schnelle Anreise in die Stadt.

Wir haben das Lebensmittelgeschäft etwa nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt genutzt.

Hatte absolute Privatsphäre, die ich bei Airbnb bevorzuge.

Der Gastgeber und seine Familie sind nebenan, wenn man Informationen oder Hilfe braucht.

Viel Kaffee ist vorhanden.

Bequeme Betten und Bettwäsche.

Gut eingerichtet.

Wir wünschten nur, wir hätten länger bleiben können.

Alles Bestens! Die Wohnung war mit allem und mehr ausgestattet, sehr sauber, ruhig gelegen und mit öffentlichem Verkehr, wie mit PKW gut erreichbar. Check in/out war unkompliziert und Christoph und seine Familie waren super freundlich und haben gerne auch Tipps für den Aufenthalt gegeben. Klare Empfehlung!

Wunderschönes Appartement in perfekter Lage. Zwei Minuten zu Fuß zu einem schönen Park, vielen Restaurants, Bars, Biergarten aber auch so eine ruhige, begrünte, Wohnstraße. Die Gastgeber haben uns bei allem, was wir brauchten, immer wieder geholfen. Ich kann es kaum erwarten wieder zu übernachten!

Christoph hat unseren Aufenthalt zum ersten Mal in Berlin sehr einfach gemacht. Das Airbnb hatte die perfekte Größe für meine Gruppe von drei Personen. Die Lage in der Nähe eines Lebensmittelgeschäfts und einer Straßenbahn war sehr günstig. Das Airbnb selbst war sauber, modern und hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank!

Unser Aufenthalt in Berlin war einer der angenehmsten bei all unseren Aufenthalten mit Airbnb. Alles, von seiner persönlichen Kommunikation, Begrüßung bei der Ankunft und Wohnung war auf höchstem Niveau. Er zeigt auf jeden Fall Rücksichtnahme und Rücksichtnahme. Die Wohnung selbst ist ein Genuss. Wir, eine Gruppe von drei Erwachsenen und ein sieben Monate altes Kleinkind, hatten genügend Platz, um uns wohl zu fühlen. Betten, Sofa und Möbel waren alle in ausgezeichnetem Zustand und sehr komfortabel. Geräumiges Badezimmer mit Fenster zum Garten. Die Küchenausstattung ist ideal für die Verpflegung von zu Hause; alles, was benötigt wird und mehr. Lebensmittelgeschäfte in der Nähe, Zugang zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln innerhalb von 100 m. Pankow, ist eine Wohngegend mit vielen Geschäften und Cafés. Es ist eine ruhige Unterkunft. Unser Aufenthalt in Berlin wurde durch unser Airbnb-Erlebnis bereichert. Wir freuen uns darauf, wieder bei Christoph zu übernachten und können seine Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Christoph war super gastfreundlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Die Wohnung war sehr gemütlich, sauber und toll ausgestattet. Egal ob man nur für ein Wochenende oder für eine ganze Woche Berlin besuchen kommt, die Wohnung bietet jedem Platz für ein zweites Zuhause. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und dennoch hat man mit Bus und Bahn eine schnelle Verbindung zur Stadtmitte. Alles in Allem ein tolles Erlebnis.

El apartamento está ubicado en un barrio residencial de Berlin muy bien comunicado con el centro en transporte público, es facilísimo saber la combinación adecuada de tranvia, autobús, metro y tren con maps. El apartamento tiene todas las comodidades, la decoración es muy bonita, todo es nuevo y está muy limpio. Los propietarios son muy amables y están siempre atentos para cualquier necesidad. Recomiendo al 100 por cien el alojamiento.

We had a wonderful time ! Great place and location : we felt at home as soon as we came in! Super clean, everything you need, we loved the way christoph and Aileen decorated the place! Christoph welcomed us and was really warm and with useful tips! A super host, definitely! Close to tram direct to town and supermarket / 2 min walk !!! Very convenient...My advice : discover Berlin by tram and S bahn / U bahn and ride the bikes from Christoph’s place to go to Tiergarten and Museum Insel! We came back at night and that was terrific! We definitely recommend the place. Sophie and her husband with 2 boys (16 and 19 ) we all loved it !

The best equipped Airbnb we have ever stayed in, there was everything you could need. The place is lovely, really modern, super clean and comfortable. The area is quiet but that worked well for us as we were with kids so the local park was great. A short tram ride into Berlin and straight to the middle of things. Christoph was really quick with communication and super friendly in person. We would definitely stay again.

Christoph's place is excellent!! Well located (the tram was just under 5 mins walk which takes you directly to the city centre), warmly furnished with everything you need. The unit was spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. We had a wonderful and comfortable stay and Christoph was friendly, hospitable, helpful and gave us all the tips of what to do, places to visit etc. and even helped up get around in Berlin! Our only regret was that we didn't stay longer - so will have to make another trip again! Thanks Christoph for a really great stay!

Super eingerichtete Wohnung, in der es an nichts fehlt. Alles ist sehr gut durchdacht und der Style der Wohnung gefiel uns extrem gut. Chris ist ein super Gastgeber und immer schnell zu erreichen. Für uns war die Lage im nördlichen Berlin ideal, weil es dort schon etwas beruhigt ist aber man trotzdem schnell in der Stadt ist und so findet man auch immer sofort einen Parkplatz, was in Berlin sehr selten ist. Für unsere Kleine stand extra ein Babybett bereit. Vielen Dank für Alles Wir kommen sicher bald wieder.

We loved staying in Christoph and Aileen’s place. The house is very convenient for a family with kids, much better than a hotel room. The house is cleverly designed and we had everything we needed. I want to add a comment on the location: although Pankow may seem a little far out of town, I loved the fact that it was part of old East Berlin and is now very modern and trendy. I loved jogging to the nearby Schloss, around Burgerpark and there are shops and bakeries around for all your needs. Just remember that the shops are closed on a Sunday!

My parents, my boyfriend and I arrived around midnight still Chris made himself available and welcomed us warmly. We really appreciated the gesture. The flat was very comfortable and cozy, completely furnished and probably the cleanest airbnb we stayed. This was a first airbnb experience for my parents and they felt great, ready to do it again! We had a very nice time, we chilled out and watched Netflix after walking all around Berlin, cooked pasta, drank wine. It was really relaxing drinking a beer by the window. Een prachtig smaakvol appartement in een fraaie omgeving. Op loopafstand van tram en bus ( auto kan gerust blijven staan). Gastvrije gastheer met goede tips over Berlijn. Prachtige stad met veel historie en bezienswaardigheden, maar ook goed om te shoppen en veel horeca.

Christoph and Aileen's place is amazing. It is very new (1 years old) and is extremely well equipped. It was a perfect size for the three of us with two good sized bedrooms (with very comfortable beds) and a large living/kitchen area with large TV and excellent music system. The apartment is in a very quiet area close to grocery shops and a nice park. It is about 25 mins from the city centre but it is only two minutes walk to the tram/bus stop which go very regularly and straight into the main city centre places of interest. Christoph was very welcoming on our arrival and gave us great information and advice on places to see and to eat. He speaks very good English, which was excellent for us. We would highly recommend the apartment.

Thoroughly recommend the apartment to anyone visiting Berlin. Stylish, well-equipped, immaculately clean and very comfortable beds!! Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Hosts were very friendly and very quick to respond to any queries we had, and booked taxis for us when we needed them on the odd occasion. However - public transport links are excellent, with a tram stop a minute’s walk away. Could not fault this place - highly recommend for a Berlin city break!

Je suis resté quelques jours chez Chris, ce fut un séjour formidable. Un logement fonctionnel et moderne, proche des transports et facile d’accès en voiture. Personnellement nous étions en voiture et c’était juste parfait le parking est gratuit dans un rue hyper calme et sûre. Il y’a un Lidl a 100 mètres pour faire les courses, et pas besoin d’emmener d’ustensiles, la maison est équipée de tout quasiment. Je recommande sans hésiter, de plus Chris est super cool et serviable.

Just wanted to say what a fabulous apartment a wonderful host! Easy access to Berlin centre...there’s a Lidl 250 metres away and the tram about the same! Would highly recommend this apartment and trust me when I say, generally I am not easy to please having travelled the world over the last 20 plus years, I know quality and value for money...and this is great on both accounts! The Berlin Getaway is a very nice apartment in Berlin. Situated in a quiet, relaxed and green neighbourhood. Twenty minutes on bike to the center, public transport nearby. It is very well equipped, nicely decorated, clean and luxurous. Everything new. Beautiful kitchen and bathroom. Christoph is a nice host, makes you feel welcome. We, a family with two adults and two teenagers had a great time in the apartment. Great atmosphere, also because of the bikes you can use for a reasonable price to explore Berlin. Enough space in front of the apartment to park your car. We highly recommend this apartment, and if we will return to Berlin rent it again!

Prachtig appartement in een rustige buitenwijk van Berlijn. Alle faciliteiten zoals winkels en restaurants zijn makkelijk bereikbaar in de nabije omgeving. Na een dag in de drukte van Berlijn is "thuiskomen" in dit appartement een aangenaam gevoel. We hebben ook dankbaar gebruik gemaakt van de fietsen van de eigenaar om 3 dagen Berlijn te verkennen. De fietstocht naar het centrum nam ongeveer 20-25 min in beslag maar liep langs rustige buurt en fietswegen ( bv langs het Mauerpark.) Fietsen in het centrum van Berlijn is leuk, maar toch oppassen voor verkeer. Het appartement beschikt over 2 mooie 2 persoons slaapkamers en een volledig uitgeruste keuken.

I really enjoyed staying here! It's really nice to get a place that's nice and secluded from the rest of town (though luckily it's a stone's throw away from a tram stop). The place itself was beautiful. It is newly remodeled and has a clean, modern look. The kitchen was handy for making breakfast and I was a big fan of the motorized window shades in the bedroom (which Germans seem to really love). The home included some other nice modern touches too, like lights that can change color with the touch of a remote and a nice Bluetooth speaker for listening to some music. Christoph was great to work with as well. He was very flexible with his check in and check out times, and overall was quite helpful. If you want to be right in the city center where the action is this probably isn't for you, but if you want to really feel like a local for a few days this is just perfect.

Considero que es una de las mejores opciones para residir en Berlin: limpio, completamente equipado, luminoso -los dos dormitorios, amplios, tienen tres balconeras cada uno que dan al jardin de la casa principal; el cuarto de estar-cocina-comedor tiene un gran ventanal-mirador a la calle con el espacio de resguardo o jardin entre la casa y la vía pública-, un baño completo con ventana exterior, nuevo y limpísimo. En conclusión, muy acogedor, para pasar unos días o como vivienda permanente. No se trata de compartir la casa de nadie: es una vivienda completamente equipada hasta el último detalle para tu uso exclusivo. Se trata de una vivienda adosada a otra mayor, con acceso independiente, con una pequeña escalera y porche de acceso, porche donde puedes tomar el aire o fumar si lo necesitas. Christoph y su familia son muy agradables, acogedores y cercanos. Incluso nos invitaron a compartir una barbacoa en su jardin coincidiendo con la festividad del Día del Padre en Alemania. Podría estar más cerca del considerado barrio central berlinés, Mitte, ... pero entonces sería impagable. Calle residencial de viviendas unifamiliares con jardín y mucho arbolado. Tienes un super -Lidl- a 100 metros. El tranvía esta en la puerta de casa, el metro a 10 minutos andando o dos paradas de tranvia. Estás a 20-30 minutos en tranvía o S-bahn de Friedrichstrasse, lo que considero es el centro del centro. A great option in Berlin: clean, cosy, clean, comfortable, clean, luminous, and the host is very nice and wellcoming.
